Production Turnaround

Jewelry - Shipped within a week.
Others - Due to the delicate nature of handmade crafts & accessories and the high volume of orders we receive, kindly allow 3-4 weeks for the completion of your order.
Delivery time is excluded. We seek your patience and kind understanding on this. Our beautiful range of products is definitely worth waiting for!

Rush Order

We offer rush order option with a minimal fee of AUD10-30 per item for custom made order. Your order will be shipped 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. Rush order fee is non-refundable and doesn’t include the shipping fee. Please select the rush order option when you checkout.

Please
contact us if you are ordering in bulk and need your order urgently. We will quote you a bulk rush fee and we will try our very best to ship our lovely creations to you soonest possible.

Shipping

We ship worldwide!

International Regular Airmail usually takes 2-4 weeks.
Domestic Regular Mail usually takes 1-2 weeks.


International Registered Post usually takes 2-4 weeks.
Domestic Registered Post usually takes 1-2 weeks.


International Express Post usually takes 3-7 business days.
Domestic Express Post usually takes 1-2 business day.

Please be informed that delivery time is most likely to be delayed during peak period, e.g. Christmas.

Insurance and Taxes

Shipping insurance is highly recommended as your package will be at the mercy of the postal service once we dropped it at the post office. We will not be held responsible for any losses in the transit and hence neither replacement nor reimbursement will be issued.


International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries.

The prices quoted on the Fleur Envy website include Australian GST (where applicable).

Payment

We accept paypal and all major credit cards.
Bank transfers only for customers located in Singapore or Australia.
For raincheck or layby options, please
contact us.

Packaging

Do you need us to send gifts to your loved ones? Select the gift wrap option when you checkout. We will include a gift tag with your personal message to your loved one.

Changes and Cancellations

Orders once placed via the Fleur Envy website are considered final. Should you wish to add an item after placing your order or if you need to make any any modifications to your existing order before it is shipped, please contact our friendly Customer Service team as soon as possible. Please note that we will not be able to reund your order, however a store credit may be offered for future use.


Refund and Exchanges

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

However, you can choose to refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.

If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. Otherwise, you can choose a refund or replacement.

You are strongly advised to contact us should you have any inquiries prior to making any purchase and always keep your proof of purchase — eg your receipt.

For incorrect products, damages or defects, kindly notify us and we shall advise you accordingly.

1. Does Fleur Envy accept custom orders?
Yes, we do!
We would love to create a design that will best fit your needs! We may be able to make most simple modifications without additional charges whereas new designs will require an additional custom order fee of AUD20 or more. Please
contact us to discuss the details. However, we regret to inform you that we no longer take custom orders of nature that differs vastly from our current range. 


2. Does Fleur Envy help to send gifts to my loved ones?
Yes, we do!
Select the gift wrap option when you checkout. We will include a gift tag with your personal message to your loved one.


3. What should I do if there are preferences such as color choice or size?
Please
write to us about your preferences prior to purchasing the item(s).


4. What do I need to take note when shopping with Fleur Envy?
A large collection of items are lovingly handcrafted by us. Please note that the differences in the finish and 'imperfections' are part of the inherent character and charm of the piece and should not be considered defects.

The photos may show a representation of what you will receive. Since each item is handcrafted, you may expect some minor differences from the photos shown, which makes it uniquely yours.

5. Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes, we do!
You can purchase your gift certificate by
writing to us and we will email a e-certificate to your loved one.

6. Will you refuse any service to anyone?
We seldom practice this but yes, we do, under certain circumstances. We will refund any payment that has been made.
